Shellies are African Amercian cichlids that gets about 2" max if at all. As mentioned...they live in shell and breed in shell. There are many kinds of shellies. Some are more aggressive than the other. So be careful which to put in 10g. Some can pretty demanding regarding space.

No, my friend Dustin did and possibly still have them. As far as I know...you shouldn't have much problem with multi.

Hi I have a Kribensis pair (1st batch of fry been sold now), 3 Apisto Cacatouides, and had 2 pair German Blue Rams but both females have passed on recently so now down to 2 male Rams.
My next tank is going to have maybe Labidochromis caeruleus.or Pseudotropheus Saulosi (for the blues and yellows) but that won't be until I get a bigger house LOL.

Wow Nippy that's alot of fishies. Welcome to the forum, why not introduce yourself to those of us who don't know you, so we can get to know you LOL. I am jealous of all your Cichlids I really want to someday have an Albino Krib (never have them around here) and some Electric Yellows.
