Hello guys and gals, just thought i would share my great news. One of my pregnant female guppys had fry today i caught a total of 10 but i think she had more but i just couldnt catch them I am gonna keep an eye out and see if i can catch them tomorrow if they are still around ;D

We found anothr one before bed last night so that now makes 11 1day olds and 3 2 week olds I think i am gonna be busy the next couple of months

yup, really busy, you can separate the males and females if you want, or sell some to your lfs

CTfish - we are looking at doing a "mini" fish business from home, including aquarium setups, pumps, filters, tanks, stands ect so i may well be able to sell them from home Otherwise my LFS told me that once they are full grown they will by them for 75cent (aussie) each. We intend to separate males from female and only mate the colours we like and that sell well

oh wow, its going to be a while before you find the perfect colors but good luck, I sound kinda weird saying this but remember to outcross the guppy's with a guppy that is near or the same coloration as the guppy, that way the inbreeding process won't have too/i] much of an effect on the next generations (i sound all 'scientificy' LOL)
