well I'm back from the LFS and got my new Otos! I didn't get the bloodfins cause there were like 2 left and the other was sick with what seamed to be ich, and i quarantined the otos but if I treated the others for an ich outbreak then I would have had a HUGE problem cause otos are not fond of salt so I have added them to the tank and they are swimming here and there like crazy, they seem okay hope they last a looong time ;D oh and I saw this lil guppy in like a tank about 200 gallons in size picking on a 4-5 inch koi, it was sooooo funny! It was picking on something on its tail, i don't know what but maybe it had some sorta of growth on it or something Plus it seemed to be one of those feeder guppies that didn't get eaten by the old oscar that used to be in it. I was actually going to get some feeder guppies cause the guy that gets them doesn't give the LFS culls, they're just extra ones that got out of hand for him they looked nice though

OMG! I forgot about the rams they had! They had some new German blue rams and bolivian rams, OMG! I wanted to get them soooo badly, but they just got them (they were still in the bag) and number 2 i took 5 dollars cause I got the otos only (i had ten dollars but i bought a pizza with it ;D, the pizza store is like in the shopping plaza with my LFS very convenient) These guys were soooooo small, they didn't have much color probably from the traveling but each one was $5.99 man I woulda got just one but I wanted to keep an all species tank if i ever get cichlids (first, later maybe a community)

Congrats on the Otto's, is there lots of algae for them in the tank? if not throw in a sinking algae tablet for them Rams actually like to have dither fish such as neons or other tetra's, it helps them not to be so shy, I would try a pair or even just one to see if it's what you really want, you could always get another tank if you decide on a species tank later LOL.

There's more then enough algae for them to munch on! But first I will have to soak my feet in keeping sensitive fish, like neons, thats so i can keep fish that like soft acidic water. I found out that the GBR's are 6 dollars well lloks like if i want to keep these fish the moneys going to have to come out of my pocket, oh and I may get a bigger tank if i do get GBR's and neons, maybe say a 55 gallon, or a 100 ;D

Uhhh i didn't get bloodfins oh nd one oto died, i knew he/she would, i wanted 2 only but a freined said get 3 well this one was kinda hurt when he cought it (he was a bit rough with the last one) but i cant return it cause it died on the third day and they have a 48 hour return policy well they are doing a good job, dad didn't see them yet, and the one on the pleco was the kind that likes the slime coat of other fish, they are of the oto species but they dont eat much algae and attack fish sorta, and theres not much of a difference between them and the real otos
